  2. I totally agree with asking people to join a Facebook group, as opposed to adding them willy nilly to generate numbers. There’s still a requirement to be polite, which a lot of people forego online because they think they’re not accountable for their behavior.

  4. Nice interview. A huge bug-bear of mine is being added to a group with first being asked. I’ve been promising the attendees of my training courses that I would set up a group for them and asked them all if they would like to be added, so they could choose for themselves. It’s basic courtesy.
